We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor. The actual product may defer in terms of packaging and appearance as the images of the product shown within this website is just an illustration. The design of the actual product may defer as well due to the fact that the manufacturing process may have some differences or improvements in terms of its appearance, quality, colour etc due to different batch.

If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please refer our "Return and Refund Policy"

Termination

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or fyhonlinestore.com.my. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time, however, fyhonlinestore.com.my may also terminate this agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying site access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.

Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products must be attached together with its original receipt and the goods/products shall be in good condition.

Packaging or labelling shall also be in original state as per original shipping container received. If the goods/products has been used, tampered or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Fong Yuan Hung Imp & Exp Sdn Bhd will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products are lost during the return transit. Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will received their refund within 7-10 working days.

Note: Please be informed that there are goods/products that are strictly not returnable and refundable, due to its product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry dates, storage condition and other related matters. Each good/product may vary accordingly.

Product Warranty Policy

Fong Yuan Hung Imp and Exp Sdn Bhd reserves that right to assign, delete or change any product warranty policies without any notice to customers and users. Detail warranty policies are listed in its product warranty card for further information. In general, product warranty will be voided if the product was damaged whether by intentional or accidental due to negligence or inappropriate usage by the customer. Product warranty shall only be valid to cover for manufacturing defects; normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
